LAYERED FLOORING


  • Laminate is a four-layer synthetic flooring which simulates wood and sometimes stone.
    • The Wear Layer – a clear layer of aluminum oxide that protects against fading, stains, and surface burns.
    • The Design Layer – a high-resolution photograph of the floors surface appearance.
    • The Core Layer – a construction durable, high-density board that protects against indentations and moisture.
    • The Back Layer – a stability layer that protects the planks against moisture and helps balance the floor.



VERSATILE & DURABLE


  • Due to the layered construction, laminate absorbs heavy traffic and day-to-day use of an active lifestyle, while continuing to look good, with ease of installation (locking & floating).
  • Laminate is a versatile and durable product.
  • Not recommended for “wet” areas, ie: bathrooms, mudrooms, etc.
